Make 2005 the Year You Save Time!

Today's business world is fast-paced. No matter what it is you do, finding a way to do it better and faster makes sense. But being faster does not have to mean being sloppier. You can be fast and efficient if you use the right tools to get the job done. So this year, why not add "Saving Time at Work" to your list of 2005 New Year's Resolutions?

Even if you're only saving a few seconds here and a few seconds there, the time savings can quickly add up. Just think how quickly the loose change that you save adds up to real dollars. If one of the tools you use to do your job is Microsoft Excel, you need to try the Spreadsheet Assistant. It's a powerful Microsoft Excel Add-in that's definitely worth the price.

Microsoft Excel is without doubt an incredible tool. But many of the tasks you perform when creating and modifying spreadsheets are tedious, repetitive and time consuming. You've probably even thought, "Microsoft Excel does spreadsheets faster than I could ever expect to do on my own, but there should be a more efficient way to handle some of its tasks."

Well, what if you could have a feature that saves and closes all open files at once instead of having to save and close each file, one by one? Would that save time?

How much time is wasted returning to the place you started after you select a range of cells? You know what I mean ? watching your worksheet scroll wildly around when you're simply trying to select or fill a range of cells? Again, even if it's just a few seconds that are saved, multiply those few seconds by the number of times you do that every day, then multiply that by the number of days in the week and after a month, you'll see that those seconds have started to add up to real time!

If you've ever thought how nice it would be to stick those yellow sticky notes right onto your Excel spreadsheets, while they're still appearing on the screen, so you could more easily keep track of where you're at, or remind yourself what you're doing, this powerful add-in enables you to do that, too. You can even select the color you want your sticky notes to appear in. And you decide whether or not these notes show up on your print out.

Zoom right in on the area you are working, and do it in increments of 5%! If you stash your money in between your mattresses, you'll appreciate the ability to hide worksheets in between other worksheets. This is useful when you're working on sheets that are significantly separated. Using the scroll arrows is tedious! This year, save time and hide or unhide the sheets you need to work on and when you need to view them all, unhide all hidden worksheets with one command.

Also using only one command, you can instantly change a math action on any range of cells you select. Rename or delete files on the fly, without having to exit Excel.

These are just a few of the over 200 ways you can save time when you use this powerful add-in for Microsoft Excel. It's easy to see that the saved seconds already are adding up to real time. See how much time you can save in the next 30 days. If you're not convinced, simply return the product and get your money back. Saving time is one resolution you just might be able to keep this year!
