Since the average American watches four hours of TV per day, spending one of those hours outdoors will be a easy. And one of the easiest, simplest ways to burn more calories is to go outside and play. Take a walk. Play with your kids. Toss a football. Kick a soccer ball. Shoot hoops with your buddies.
